Turn Early
Network Warnings
into Timely Action.

Tessivox AI collects live data from towers, routers, fibre, switches and gateways, detects unusual behaviour and predicts which equipment may fail and when, ranks the most important risks based on customer and service impact, helps plan maintenance, assign field teams and record what was fixed, and shows reports on network health, risk reduction and maintenance performance.

01Console

From live network signals to the next maintenance action.

Tessivox AI brings telemetry from towers, routers, fibre spans and gateways into one intelligent workflow—detecting abnormal behaviour, predicting likely failures, prioritizing risk by customer and service impact, and turning critical issues into planned maintenance and field assignments before outages occur.

02Modules

One connected flow from signal to resolution.

Tessivox AI connects the full maintenance journey, from incoming network data to a completed resolution. Each stage uses the same asset information to detect issues, predict failures, prioritize risk, plan maintenance, and record the outcome. This gives every team one clear flow, with less manual handoff and better visibility from start to finish.

03Traditional SaaS vs Tessivox AI

Don’t settle for the AI your software chose.

Tessivox AI routes each maintenance workflow step to the model family that fits — anomaly scoring, long reads, structured extraction, or a specialist fine-tune — not whichever model shipped inside your last software purchase.

Traditional SaaS

Built-in AI

One model family chosen by the vendor — not by your workflow.

You work within its limits.

One connected maintenance record6 modules · 14 signal classes · 5-week forecast

Note: Model and provider names are illustrative of integration patterns; trademarks belong to their respective owners. Routing is configured per tenant and data boundary. Supported and evaluated ecosystem models include OpenAI, Anthropic / Claude, Google / Gemini, Cohere, Mistral, Meta / Llama, xAI, and DeepSeek.

Connectivity

Your whole stack, connected.

Tessivox AI connects to the monitoring, inventory, ticketing, and field-service systems your NOC already runs — through public, documented APIs — so data moves through intake, prediction, dispatch, and close-out without re-keying.

Note: Tool names and marks belong to their respective owners. No endorsement or partnership implied.

03Standards

Built around the standards your network already follows.

Network maintenance is a regulated activity long before it is a data problem. Tessivox AI is built around the standards that already bind tower inspection and field safety — scheduling the work they require and retaining the record, so the evidence exists when someone asks for it.

  • TIA-222 Rev I

TIA Structural Standard for Antenna Supporting Structures and Antennas

Structural loading and inspection criteria for towers and antenna mounts — inspection and maintenance evidence is aligned to the standard's requirements; structural analysis and certification remain with your qualified engineer.

  • OSHA 29 CFR 1910.268

    OSHA Telecommunications Standard

Fall protection, training and safe-work practices for telecom work at towers, poles and manholes — dispatched work orders carry the training, PPE and permit checks your OSHA program requires.

Fibre patch panel — transport plant under standard

// compliance is a record, not a claim.
// Tessivox AI keeps the record as the work
// happens — the claim stays yours to make.

Note: These are standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.

04Industry AI Agents

Predictive fault response agents

Telecom maintenance agents, in production, wired to your NOC stack.

From live SNMP and optical thresholds through correlated cases, tool sync, crew dispatch, and closed compliance records — one industry playbook end to end.

05Add-ons

Add the hardware your workflow needs.

Compatible third-party devices for crews that inspect fibre, scan for heat, and capture field evidence on site — each add-on feeds the platform module where that reading is used.

Note: Hardware, installation, and field setup are not included in the standard subscription. Additional charges apply based on the devices selected and implementation scope.

06Economics

You already pay for every fault you find late.

An unplanned fault is paid for in overtime, expedited parts, service credits and the subscribers who quietly leave afterwards. A planned one is paid for once, in a window you chose. One flat platform fee sits against the whole of that.

Starting at
$200/mo

One flat platform fee for the whole console — no per-seat maths, no per-module tiers, no charge for the assets you add next quarter. Onboarding is scoped separately, once.

Note: AI API usage is charged separately. Clients must recharge their AI credit balance based on their usage.

07Onboarding

What your onboarding fee covers

A one-time setup that gets your network operations team live before the first monthly cycle — we connect your element managers and alarm feeds, import the asset register and the work-order history behind it, baseline the failure model against your own estate, and wire triage, scheduling and provisioning into the queues your teams already work from. Each fee below is a STARTING point: we scope the final onboarding once we understand your environment, security needs, integrations, data volume, compliance requirements and deployment model — so the exact figure lands after that conversation, never before.

RUNDeployment

Two ways to run the platform

The subscription is the same either way — only the one-time onboarding may differ by your requirements.

Cloud (SaaS)

Runs in Nestack's managed cloud — we handle hosting, scaling, updates and backups. Fastest to start: connect a telemetry feed and the first forecasts are on your console without any infrastructure to stand up.

Private / self-hosted

The same platform deployed inside your own infrastructure — your cloud, VPC or on-prem, including in-country for a licensed operator. Network topology, subscriber-linked records and outage history never leave your environment, and the monthly subscription stays exactly the same.
